BROME Compost inc.’s activities range from the design and manufacture of BROME Composting Systems, to their installation on site, as well as operator training and support.
BROME Compost inc. is looking for talent in sales and customer service to join its team. The company’s growth, the diversity of our clientele and the export of our composting systems to several continents require the profile of a candidate who is motivated, competent, eager to learn and highly adaptable.
Tasks
- Manage qualified sales opportunities to achieve sales and business development objectives
- Accompany and support potential clients in the analysis of their composting projects
- Carry out project analyses using high-performance tools specially developed by Brome Compost
- Ensure effective communication with prospects and customers to enhance sales development
- Prepare quotations
- Provide required follow-ups and document project progress
- Optimize the use of project analysis tools
- Maintain and expand the prospect base in selected markets
- Follow up on orders placed under your responsibility, as well as on communications with customers and the various parties involved
- Provide remote composting and problem-solving support
- Participate in trade shows with the Brome Compost team
- Collaborate with commercialization partners to generate opportunities and to close deals
- Continuously seek ways to increase efficiency and improve sales performance
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure an effective working environment and to enable the sharing of knowledge and skills
- Conduct research and business development
- Composting research

- Preparing presentations
Required Skills and Qualities
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Strong telephone presence and ability to handle several dozen calls per day
- Good knowledge of composting, both theoretical and practical (an asset). Brome Compost offers both internal and external training.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales and a related degree
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, motivation and enthusiasm
- Conscientious of brand image (represents the company)
- Passion for customer service and curiosity about new developments in customer experience
- Strong sense of autonomy and creativity
- Ability to manage and advance several projects at the same time
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Office 365, Teams and Share Point
